A custom invitation is all about the details – the beautiful unique-to-you details. My goal is to design an invitation that speaks to not only your unique wedding aesthetic, but also to who you are as a couple. I want to hear about what excites you, what you love and who you are. These elements may play big or little parts in your invitation, but it's those intimate details we can use to make your invitation truly bespoke and unique to you.

order process
Inquiry & Proposal
Interested in working together? Fill out the custom inquiry questionnaire. Once I get the details about what you need and want for your invitations (along with some fun facts), I’ll send a personalized price proposal.
From there, we’ll schedule a phone or video call to talk about your invitation in greater detail. This will include colors, fonts and the little details that make your heart pitter patter.
Vision & Moodboard
To begin the design process, I ask for a 50% retainer to secure your spot on my design calendar. After that is received, the fun begins – Yippee!
I’ll create a moodboard showing colors, swatches and references highlighting the vision of your invitation. I’ll also present 2 design sketches that you can choose between and tweak before I begin the final design work.
Design & Proofing
Now, I begin on the artwork for your swoonworthy invitations!
This is when the magic happens – I put what we chatted about and what you dreamed about on paper. You will receive a digital mock-up of your full invitation suite to review. We’ll exchange e-mails back and forth until everything is perfect! Three revisions are included. Additional revisions are $75/each.
Production & Shipping
Once you are sure every little detail has been checked over and things are ready to print, I’ll ask for a signed final approval and the final balance of your invitations. Once the approval + payment is received, your invitation will be moved to production. Typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for digital and 4-5 weeks for letterpress + specialty invitations. Please allow extra time for shipping.

I’m here to provide you with expert stationery guidance throughout the entire process of your wedding – from choosing the perfect, swoon-worthy invitation to knowing how to properly address your envelopes.
Investment
Custom invitations begin at $500 plus the cost of the invitation suite printing.
For a custom invitation, a Brittney Nichole Design’s couple will spend an average of $2,600 on their invitation suite. A limited number of custom clients are taken each year to ensure amazing design and customer service!
