The PRocess
Customize & Purchase
Select the quantity you want to purchase and click “customize.” Answer the questionnaire that pops up to the best of your ability. If baby hasn’t arrived – just fill out the questionnaire based on your due-date and I’ll reach out to you.
Once everything is in your cart, go ahead and check out. You are now on your way to having the most special announcement for your little one!
Proof & Revisions
Once I receive your order, I personally design your little one’s announcement – taking care to crop the photo at just the right place and place those adorable birth stats. This proof is received 5 business days after the information is given (photo, stats, etc…).
Once you receive your proof, we’ll exchange e-mails until everything is perfect! Two complimentary revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at $75 per revision.
Production & Shipping
Once you are sure everything little detail has been checked over and things are ready to print, I’ll ask for a signed final approval. Once the approval is received, your announcement will be moved to production. I’ll take the utmost care in paying attention to those added special touches!
Typical production time is 3-4 weeks. Please allow extra time for shipping.

I – Package
Someone once told me - keep it simple. I’ve bundled each birth announcement package into the perfect little bundle. To customize or change, please contact me for a custom quote.
To purchase as is, simply go though the listing.
II – PAPER
HAND-SELECTED SIGNATURE PAPER
For purchasing directly on the website, all items will be digitally printed on Pearl White or Bright White Eggshell 120 lb Cardstock. To inquire about another print method or paper weight, inquire here.
PAPER WEIGHT
Our Signature Cardstocks are Eggshell and 100% Cotton. They are available in a lovely 120 pound weight or a 220 pound weight that prints letterpress like a dream!

Ink Color
Color is a great way to announce your little one into the world.
What colors are you using in the nursery? What type of decor and colors are you wanting for your little one?
Let your loved ones know but choosing the perfect color for your baby’s announcement.
Below are our signature colors and can be used as ink, paper stock or envelopes.
Please note that colors on your monitor may differ than what is actually printed.
We do recommend ordering a sample announcement and color card if you are unsure of a color.

Do you design custom birth announcements?
Yes! I love working on custom birth announcements – inquire here for your custom quote.
When should I order birth announcements?
You can order them at your convenience. If you order them before baby’s arrival, it does give me a chance to get all of the envelopes and other supplies in and ready for production so when things are approved to print, production is a little quicker.
My baby isn’t born yet - can I still order?
Of course! Go ahead and place the order with your selections. In the questionnaire it’ll mention if you don’t have birth stats or photos yet, to leave certain questions blank. Once little one has made their arrival, e-mail me the birth stats and a high res photo that you’d like to use for the announcement.
