Exciting updates!

Hello, friends!

I've been working busy behind the scenes to introduce to you Brittney Nichole Designs' new look - and here it is! It's no easy task re-branding, especially when you are chasing 2 little ones, running a business and being a wife too, but I'm super excited about the end result! I'm still working on some exciting new ventures to share with you too, so be sure to follow me on social media and keep up with this blog to learn more!

A few things that's changed so far:

Logo/Branding

Since I opened in 2013, I've had the same branding and look and really felt like it was time for a re-fresh. I've grown and changed so much since then and so has my business. I wanted to create something that reflected that – clean, elegant and timeless with a little softer color palette.

Website Refresh

This was last updated in 2013 too. My first website from design school was coded from scratch and then I moved to Wordpress. With a lot of customization needed which also required me to spend more time re-learning code, I stumbled across an amazing platform – Showit. It's super user friendly and I was able to really customize and create my website without having to re-learn all of the complicated coding that comes along with websites.

Collection Invitations

Modern Wildflower Wedding Invitation

I've always had my signature line of invitations, and after so many years of being in business this line seemed to grow and grow. This year, I stepped back and carefully curated it. I wanted my invitation collection to show who I am as an artist and designer while also appealing to a variety of styles/couples. Styles that included minimal, traditional, elegant, floral (watercolor & line art), prideful (Cleveland skyline) and unique (zoo invitation).

Custom Invitations

Old Courthouse Cleveland Ohio Wedding Invitation - Custom Lasercut Gate

I'm so excited to share with you some of these amazingly fun invitations I've worked on! There is a lot of research and sketching that goes into each and every custom invitation. These have a lot of unique elements - custom lasercuts, print methods and presentations, like a passport booklet or adding a library card to the save the date (check out the gallery here). I'll be sharing more about these in later blog posts.

_____

I'm super proud of how everything is coming together. I can't wait to share more with you about what we have planned!

xoxo, Brittney
